Property was quiet, with charming staff and quiet location very near to the harbour. Large and brand-new room with nice balcony, everything was perfect. Coffee & tea makers, a refrigerator, and glassware were available.

We liked sitting at the terrace during breakfast. Our room was immaculately clean and complete with nice balcony as well as the seaview. The location was quiet there, by the sea.

I truly enjoyed its wonderful location right by the beach, the Greek Islands, and the harbor. the atmosphere created was quiet and comfortable for a relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Avlomonas Beach! The staff, especially Stella, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The room was spacious and bright, with a stunning view of the ocean. The private patio was a great bonus. The location couldn't have been better, with the beach right outside the property and shops and restaurants within walking distance. Thank you Avlomonas Beach for a truly memorable experience!

The accommodations were comfortable and well-kept, with a friendly and helpful host. the apartment was virtually on the beach, offering a great location for relaxation and enjoying the sea. the host provided a welcome food and drink pack, as well as a delicious breakfast the next morning.

The free WiFi was as fast as a snail riding a turtle. The air conditioning made me feel like I was in the Arctic. The sun terrace was a perfect place to be surrounded by other people's loud conversations.

Oh, how I loved parking my car in a different location and walking back to the hotel. So convenient and refreshing.

the location at the end of port harbour beach was great and offered stunning views of Chora and the Aegean Sea. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the owners, especially Stella, were fantastic. They even picked us up and dropped us off at the port. Stella went above and beyond by providing a Greek salad to complement our evening meal on the roof terrace. It was truly a great value experience. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all 😊.

The View - I felt like I was on the deck of a luxurious cruise ship, thanks to the balcony with stunning sea views. Sipping my morning coffee while gazing at the sparkling blue waters was pure bliss. It was the perfect way to start each day of my stay in Livadi.

Personally, I didn't find the flat-screen TV with satellite channels very appealing. But hey, different strokes for different folks, right?
